This 5 stars is 100% for the manager (I think) that was on duty around 5pm on Thursday 6/1/17, I have never in my 55 years seen anyone at a fast food place offer the kind of service this guy did. I was the guy that let the Asian folks sit on my Harley for a picture... Your dedication to service and your attitude towards your work was completely old school and I didn't want you to think it went unnoticed. Constantly checking on customers, cleaning, doing whatever needed to be done. Bravo my man. For me to ride 700 miles and get home and leave this review should tell the story. I hope the people you work for see this review.
Very slow service. Forget your food often also. The food is good though.
Don't order anything unless you got 30 minutes to spare. The way the drive-thru is designed you can't go out and get around if they're taking too long. I told him their work ethic sucked but how long it took us to get our food and they gave me attitude and rolled eyes. Congratulations you just lost my business forever
The staff is very unfriendly, they seem annoyed that you're even there. They don't have the store hours anywhere outside. I believe they close at 10, but if you roll through the drive thru at 9:45 the lights are off and nobody wants to help you. I'm pretty sure they think 10 is when they all need to leave. Today we walked inside instead and nobody was at the counter for a good 10 minutes. Then 3 girls came walking up and I sat at the register another 5 minutes until someone actually helped, the place wasn't even busy! This place is ridiculous. Either management sucks or they are just oblivious to everything going on. Food is really good though!
The food? Meh... it's A&W, just ok but no fast food is great except In-n-Out. A&W root beer from the fountain is still good like the old days though.
